Bosu ball is a fitness equipment that consists of an inflated rubber dome attached to a rigid platform. I employ it in my trainings because it forces you to control your center of gravity and to focus on your core. You can place it with a dome side up for more versatility and increased difficulty. It's challenging, effective and fun to use.
