Private tennis training in Barcelona
A private tennis lesson is a one-on-one tennis training session for adults and kids of all tennis levels from complete beginners to intermediate to advanced competition players.

Duration: One private lesson is usually a 60-minute on-court tennis workout; however, it can be 90 or even 120-minute long. It depends on your preference for how extensively you want to work on aspects of your game during one continuous session.
Objectives: When you come to a private lesson its objectives are tailored to your tennis game and your particular tennis needs. You and the coach decide what the priorities should be.
Initial Analysis: During the first session or two we would do the initial analysis of your overall performance and take it from there to plan the trainings ahead.
Final Recapping: We will wrap up the session with cool-down activities and take a couple of minutes to summarize the training and set the plan for the next one.
Elements of your game
Every tennis training usually starts with warm-up activities and finishes with static stretches and during the main part you can improve your technique, footwork, game tactics, match strategy and fitness element.
We always reccommend to perform a dynamic tennis warm-up routine prior to any tennis practice session or a match. The routine may include jogging, skipping rope, dynamic stretches, using elastic bands, or a fun game. The warm-up duration should not be less than 10 minutes so we advise you arrive early and start by yourself. Objectives:
- activate all major muscle groups
- improve your range of motion
- prevent tennis-specific injuries
During the training sessions we use all sorts of tennis coaching equipment in order to further build up your strength, resistance, power, balance and coordination. Our tennis gear includes, but is not limited to:

Prices and packs
One hour training: The price of a standard private tennis training is 45€ per 1 hour during daytime and 51€ during nighttime (with floodlights). On Sundays and public holidays the price is 47€ during daytime and 53€ during nighttime.
More than one hour: It is possible to book a longer training, such as 1 hour and a half or 2 hours. The price is proportional, so for 90 minutes it is 67€ and for 120 minutes it is 90€. During nighttime you should add floodlight fee too.
Saving packs: There are two saving packs for those who would like to train more regularly, 220€ for 5 hours to use in 1 month and 430€ for 10 hours to use in 6 months. These packs require upfront payment.
Floodlight fee: There is a 6€ fee for 1 hour of the use of floodlight during nighttime (counted every 15 minutes). So for example if you only use 30 minutes of floodlight during your 1 hour training you would only pay 3€.
Cancellations: There is a minimum 24-hour notice required. In case of late cancellation or a no-show from your side, you agree to pay the full price for the training. Check our cancellation policy for more details.
Video Analysis of your tennis
If you really want to know what's going on with your tennis technique and footwork, you definitely want to watch yourself on camera and analyse what you see.
There are many ways we can help you analyse your tennis shots on camera, from very basic filming of one or two shots during the training to complete in-depth analysis of all shots and stances.
Video analysis on our HD camera
- You are recorded performing 6 different strokes on court during 30 minutes.
- For filming we use our High Definition camera on a tripod.
- Included shots: forehand, backhand, first and second serves, volley on backhand and forehand side.
- Each shot is filmed a minimum of 5 times after a short warm-up.
- You receive a video of every shot with slow motion effect where needed.
- For each video we provide a paragraph with technical corrections per shot in PDF format.
- The feedback includes personalized comments and actions you should take, specific to your game.
Video analysis on your smartphone
- You are recorded performing any chosen shot during the training.
- For filming we use yours or our smartphone.
- Our smartphones can film in High Definition up to Ultra HD.
- Additionally, we use super slow motion feature to see the details.
- You get an immediate feedback from the coach and the video itself.
- The 10€ fee is only in case you request a sparring partner or a filming person for that training.

If you wish to have more control over your coaching objectives and improvements, then personalized plans including technical and tactical goals are a fundamental part of your training routine.
During the first training session we check your tennis strokes and decisions in tactical situations on court. Then, we talk and together set the objectives for future trainings.

If you choose the first option, then every four trainings you receive a periodic evaluation sheet with details of what we have covered as well as your action plan specific to your game with short- and long-term tennis goals.

If you are going to play an important match or a tournament and you want to make sure you achieve peak performance on that specific day or week, then you need to follow a personalized fitness plan of training and rest days.
First, we perform initial tests to evaluate your current physical condition (cooper test, speed and mobility test, flexibility text, etc.). Then we establish training routines with exercises at the gym, both for cardio and muscle strengthening.

Each session includes exercises to improve your general fitness and tennis-specific physical qualities. It is adapted to your global evolution as a player and designed based on your physical condition and motivation.

We carefully select the right national and international tennis tournaments you should be playing and create a quarterly and annual competition calendar for you. It will become your source of reference for coordinating your trainings and matches.
1 tournament / month (3 tournaments / quarter) = 55€ / quarter
2 tournaments / month (6 tournaments / quarter) = 105€ / quarter
3 tournaments / month (9 tournaments / quarter) = 150€ / quarter
You will get a calendar with the selected tournaments that give points for your ranking. We will also process your registration into the tournament and give you the information you need. Optionally, at an additional coaching fee we can accompany a player to the tournament and provide coaching for its duration.
