In this fitness workout on the rooftop I train with moderate intensity which is between cardio resistance training at low intensity and a high intensity interval training. I was working at average intensity 55-60% and medium duration of the sets.
Let’s see my three fitness exercises when I train speed and short sprints to improve my reaction times and raise my heart rate. Tennis players regularly have to take off and sprint to different directions, therefore, having short reaction times and being fast when sprinting to the ball are necessary qualities of any good tennis player.
These are my favourite exercises to improve reflexes and anticipation in tennis. Having good reflexes is very important for tennis players especially for those who often play at the net. Quick reflexes training is something you should do at least once a week as it will greatly help you become faster when reacting to your opponent’s moves.
I am sharing with you my first rooftop fitness training when playing tennis is not possible because our tennis club is closed due to covid restrictions in Barcelona. Here, I am working on improving tennis footwork and cardio resistance.
