Semi-private tennis lessons in Barcelona
A semi-private tennis lesson is a training shared between two players who have a similar tennis level from complete beginners to intermediate to advanced competition players.

Training structure
Duration: One semi-private lesson usually lasts between one and two hours. From our experience most players prefer to train for 90 minutes as this happens to be just the right amount of time to cover key aspects of the game for both players.
Objectives: In a semi-private lesson the training objective is the same for both players, although there are ways to structure the training so that each player can focus on slightly different aspect of their game.
First Training: If this is your first semi-private training with us and we match you with another tennis player, it is possible that the level is not exactly the same, but we will make sure you are training with the right tennis parter from the next training on.
Arranging: A semi-private trainings is typically planned in advance to confirm a similar player can come to train on the same day and time as you.
Elements of your game
Every tennis training usually starts with warm-up activities and finishes with static stretches and during the main part both players can improve their technique, footwork, game tactics, match strategy and fitness element.
We always reccommend to perform a dynamic tennis warm-up routine prior to any tennis practice session or a match. The routine may include jogging, skipping rope, dynamic stretches, using elastic bands, or a fun game. The warm-up duration should not be less than 10 minutes so we advise you arrive early and start by yourself. Objectives:
- activate all major muscle groups
- improve your range of motion
- prevent tennis-specific injuries
